Biofeedback
Utilize observation of physical phenomena of the body, including breath character, rate and rhythm, heart rate and rhythm, posture, gestures, vocal tone and word choice to gain greater awareness of the subconscious workings of the mind and leverage conscious control over these systems to induce healing in both mind and body.
