Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral manipulation is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy used to help your internal organs (viscera) glide smoothly within your body. Your physical therapist can use this technique to treat abdominal pain, constipation, cramps, indigestion, and much more.

Myofascial Release
​
Myofascial release therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues. First, your healthcare provider will locate trigger points, or knots, in your fascial tissues. Then, they’ll gently apply pressure until they feel the tension release

Trigger Point Therapy
​
Trigger point therapy is a soft tissue technique that works to release painful, tension in muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot in the muscle. There are many different approaches to trigger point therapy including soft tissue work, deep tissue massage, dry needling and ischemic pressure.

Joint Manipulation
​
Joint Manipulations focuses on both muscle or soft tissue and bone alignment of the spine and other joints in order to move them from a restricted to a less restricted state. Joint manipulation treats a wide array of injuries, chronic diseases/illnesses, and other pain.
